keeping testosterone refrigerated?

I have a buddy who keeps his stash in the fridge....some of his ampules are partially frozen from the cool refrigerater.

Will this effect the testosterone?

i believe once he thaws them out, if crystals have formed in the solution, he'll probably have to heat it up. Unfortunately, I forgot the correct way to "thaw" them out so that water won't form inside the oil mix
