Hey,
I have been cruising between cycles for about a year now. 150mg cruising dosage.. and 600mg bursts while on cycle.
I have a real hard time to get my overall body fat, which makes me wonder if I am holding too much water. My diet is bang on, my cardio is up to an hour a day which is either on the treadmill, skying machine or bicycle.
I have access to Chlomid, HCG, Nolva, Amiridex etc.. all the pharma stuff. No SARMS or anything like it.
My last cycle included a lot of Equipoise/Winny to lose water and lean out, but my bodyfat is still not where I want it. I feel like it's time to start a PCT and give my balls a break.
I also noticed the past few weeks some sort of 'itching' on my balls (yes I shower twice a day) which I never experienced before. It's not an every day thing but happens a few days a week.
All the time I have been running Liv52 as liver support, drink lots of water etc.. basically doing everything by the book.
Are my balls telling me it's time to jump on a PCT or what is the best plan to lose my bodyfat and stop my balls from itching?
