I updated *daily log for 8/9/06* ...

The acupuncture was interesting. Too much type right now, so I'll formulate some thoughts on it in the morning. I only bled a little and the stinging stopped after 15 minutes. 10 pin pattern = 10 bandaids & he almost forgot the one he put in my head WTF! :redhot:

I'm kidding, no blood, no bandaids, no 'pain' IF I even felt them going in lol :D :verygood: Gave me a supp to help with my adrenals which are STILL an issue according to Doc Pins (hehe :D). All for now.

I had accupuncture treatment done twice a week for well over a year. It was covered by insurance after a car accident and I had back issues. I can't say it really, truly helped (building muscle & strengthening my back is what REALLY made the aches go away) but it was strangely peaceful & relaxing. And Doc Pin's diagnosis over time was always interesting too. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away.

*** Thursday People!!! Yessssssss …. So I cannot drink and/or eat coffee, chocolate, etc (i.e no caffeine) and avoid raw veggies, nuts, or any other ‘rough’ foods for about a week. I’m going to hold out until me next appointment on Wednesday, August 16 at 7:15 p.m. The premise is to avoid things that would go down ‘rough’ … that did include apples but he laughed & said if that was the worst I was eating then to chew them really good. I suppose I can have applesauce but not really a big fan of that. I can have steamed or soft veggies and swap out PB for hard walnuts/almonds. This should be interesting & feel FREE to :velvett: if you see my diet slacking. I will most likely go to dinner this weekend with my P’s for my ‘cheat’ meal .. so I’ll have to keep it clean (no booze) & not ‘rough’ lol :D :verygood: ***

Workout Rating: 1 – I am only giving this a one since I did SG's 50 calf Raises today ... & that is it ...

Mental Day Rating: 5 - Not because it's bad ... just because I'm like a roller coaster & "BLAH" today :rolleyes:

Bod Rating: 5 - No real pain, which I have a high tolerance for, but tense & stiffness still in shoulders, feel like I need to readjust every 5 minutes & GET adjusted .. I can just move or take a deep breath & hear some cracks & pops (not in the OUCH way) ... decreased a # since this is not going away yet

Overall Day rating: 5 - Days not over yet but may as well be. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, not because I was tired, I was just so dang comfortable I felt like I was slaying on clouds ... day gets half a rating since it was VERY unproductive for me.
