• Walk / Jog intervals every 60 seconds until I got to "The Hill" = ~ 10 minutes
• Ran the hill (Up + Down = 1) X 2 … Out of BREATH Good lawd …~ 8 minutes
• Walk / Jog intervals every 60 seconds until I got home = ~ 7 minutes
• Mini cool down walk = ~ 3min53sec
8:45 A.M. - Meal # 1 :
• 6 oz Fit N Easy Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (Same as yesterday) (added 1/2 TEAspoon EVOO)
• 6 oz Sweet Potato (it was SMALL for me)
12:00 P.M. - Meal # 2 :
• 4.5 oz Fit N Easy Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (Same as above) (added ½ tbsp EVOO)
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple (~4.5 oz)
3:00 P.M. - Meal # 3 :
• 4.5 oz Fit N Easy Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (Same as above) (added ½ tbsp EVOO)

7:15 P.M. - *POST acupuncture* Meal # 4:
• ~5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Cooked in EVOO for pan, Italian Seasoning & water

• ~ 2 Cups Green & Yellow String beans with a little Italian style green beans thrown in the mix

Workout Rating: 9 – (AM workout) As far as intensity I give it a 9 … 10 would have been if I ran 4 Hills opposed to 2 … OMGoodness was I dying at the top … slowly but surely every day I think every week I’m going to add + 1 “Hill” cycle … see how that works. Reminds me of marathon training for some reason I had to force myself to STOP jogging and walk for a mini cool down.
Mental Day Rating: 6.5 - Today was a pretty decent day, again did not talk to any of the PITA clients. I was excited all day to try the acupuncture, and did NOT get done what I needed to at work. Make sure I do tomorrow.
Bod Rating: 7 - Feelin' good , still not up to par.... after the past few days of cardio no real soreness after my hiatus, felt good after I got adjusted. Body Screaming to lift some weights, yet still missing the energy. May wait until Fri./Sat. to give me a full 3 weeks OFF, we shall see...
Overall Day rating: 7.5 - Nothing really to comment .. kinda blah right now & wanna hit the couch & drink my tea
