Supplements & Stims - I stopped taking the majority of my supplements AFTER I started feeling ill. The following is what I took today:
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps with food as needed, usually 3 X a day
Glucorell-R - 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 min before meals as needed

Cranberry 1000 Nature’s Plus Cran con 45X 1000mg + 100 mg Vit C – 1 cap 3-5 X a day

* Walk / Jog every 60 seconds - At about the 8th or 9th minute I got to "The Hill" so I decided to run up it & down the back stairs & walk / jog alternating every 60 seconds back down the roads to my condo

Workout Rating: 8 – (PM workout) My walk/jog intervals after work was extremely satisfying for me today … An 8 is a pretty high rating but it felt GREAT to do something .. Thanks to CK for being my cheerleader … I was suppose to just walk …
Mental Day Rating: 7 – Someone told me today, I sounded like I got a recharge of my batteries & I’ll be on my way back to the “Energizer Bunny” status in no time… Other than work related issues, today was a good day
Overall Day rating: 7.5 – I think this is fair
