PT was longer than usual today as I had some testing done for my possible participation in some study on being a "coper" or "non coper" regarding my injury (I'm a non coper, whatever that means). Lots of stretching today, hopping for distance (with a brace on) and had to kick again with electronic stimulation. :worried:

**Went for VT again for the weekend - thus no posts over the weekend.....had the most AWESOME time allowed legally..... LOL

**Drank 1 gallon of water today, in addition to some 0 cal Seltzer water & the soda....

Totals: 1668 cals, 46g fat/27%, 169g carb/36%, 27g fiber, 146g protein/37%
