2/3 cup dry oats + 1 packet Splenda + apple pie spice + drizzle skim milk

1 travel mug of coffee + 4 packets Splenda + 3 tblsp. FF Creamer

11:50am
1 cup cooked spaghetti (leftover)
4 oz. chicken in spaghetti sauce

That sounds like a good thing, should help mentaly to be doing some form of working out.

Got it at Shop Rite in the spices aisle....also got Pumpkin Pie spice...

Thanks Jen...I have a Shop Rite close by, so I will stop in. Glad to see you logging again esp. since I can compare notes with you about local grocery stores :)

Warm Up on Stationary Bike - 5 mins

Side Lateral Raises - 15lb DBs - 3x8
DB Shrugs - 50lb DBs - 3x12
Front Raises w/DBs - 10lb DBs - 3x10
Reverse Pec Deck - 50lbs - 3x10
Machine Press - 50lbs - 3x10
Bent-Over Rear Laterals - 15lb DBs - 3x10

Did some light PT work while there....

Errands.....

3 oz. baked chopped chicken + 1/2 rib celery + 5 pickle slices + 1 tblsp. FF mayo
1 Low Carb WW Tortilla

1 Serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM Blend

Some leftover pulled pork on top of 1/2 WW hamburger bun
~ 1/2 cup leftover coleslaw

**Been icing knee off & on all day....

9:00pm
4 oz. baked chicken
Salad: Romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, celery, cucumber
3 tblsp. Salad Dressing thinned with Apple Cider Vinegar

9:30pm
Multi, B-Complex, Calcium

**Drank 1 gallon of water today...

I wish we had 1 of those here, we don't get the yummy stuff here damn it!!! *stomps feet* :bawling:
