Is there any way to increas a muscle cell's sensitivity to insulin while decreasing the sensitivity in a fat cell? I am looking for a practical technique, not just a biochemical theory. What will supplements like ALA, vanadium, pinitol, metformin, fatty acids, and rezulin do to insulin sensitivity in muscle tissue compared to fat tissue?

I'm not sure, but i do know that when I first went on Glyburide, I gained 40 lbs of fat in 4 months.

They all shuttle nutrients into cells whether they be fat or muscle.
