I did a search and found out how to use as far as dosage, but never did really see a post saying what kind of gains it helped them get or how often they took it everday or how many times weekly?
It has seemed to help me hold on to more of my gains when off cycle...I don't lose nearly as much strength or weight...I only use it 2 or 3 times a weeks though...just to be on the safe side.
