Who here uses insulin? What sort of results did you get? Did it make you fatter? Any scares?

i wouldnt use insulin if you paid me a million dollars but thats just me.. you could severely hurt yourself using it and i cant see any reason aside from needing it medically, why you would ever even consider it

I used it twice and it did nothing for me except stress me out

unless you are a top 1% pro with amazing genetics it is counter productive to inject something that is probably already too high already

our frequent meals and amount of food and type of food insure every person out there has TOO MUCH insulin spikes

Its my belief that the average recreational bodybuilder has no business ever using insulin.
One screw up could kill you and I'm not over exaggerating by any means.
