Injection pain from Super Test..(Could it be fake?)

Ok I've ben mixing my super test 250 and winny together. Now I have done this before with other tests and I mean I'd get sore.But the Super Test just seems to leave me a little more sore than usual is it possable that it's fake or is it just that it's a shit product. Anyone else have similar reactions with Super Test 250?
