inject winny in biceps/triceps

I want some help. I dont know where on biceps and triceps I am gonna inject.
I think it will be on the thickest place, but where is it at inner-part of biceps or outer-part? How about the triceps, which part of triceps should I inject.

Is there anyplace(areas in triceps/biceps) I shouldent inject.

And if someone have a good webpage which describe how to.

I have already inject in delta and it went very well.
