for those of you who do this, do you find there is only one sweet spot that doesn't hurt on the outter side of the quad midway between knee and hip? anywhere else on me is a no no. the spot i hit on the side is more mid-lower side of the quad and can't feel a thing. i go up any higher than that and it freakin hurts like hell!

as long as you miss the nerve and prob best one out of the quad

Standing put your thumb on your hip bone and spread out your fingers where your pinky lands straight down is the sweat spot everything else for me is nerves and veins!
