inj. in lats

Does anyone inject in their lats? A good friend said a pro BB showed him how to inject in his lats to keep from building up scar tissue every where else.

I did it once an it went in like butter with winny. Went to do it the next day and I coud see all my viens and shit and almost passed out when I tried to do it again. I have a needle phobia. One and done.
