inflammation and arthritis

Do steroids help reduce inflammation and or arthritis? I know deca and eq are good for the joints.

and do they increase tendon/ligament strength, or size?

No, they don't.....

Some roids are believed to help joints but I think they only do it increasing the fluids in joints they have no healing properties for tendons and ligaments.

Winny is believed to increase tendon size but also stiffening it a bit which is not a desirable effect.
