IGF1 LR3 and water retention

Can IGF1 LR3 cause water retention? I thought that, unlike GH, it does not cause you to retain water, but unless I am mistaken, I seem to be observing otherwise.

I am currently using 80mcg PWO daily and am not experiencing any water retention from IGF-1.
