Hi guys,
I’ve just started IGF-1 LR3 Pre workout at 100mcg bilaterally IM.
I am starting IF (intermittent fasting) and was wondering due to the long half-life 20-30 hours if hypoglycaemia would be possible during the fasting state (during the morning / day)
I would be eating carbs with the pre workout meal (I train at nights), and a large amount of carbs (over 200g) after training-3 hours after my workout, then bed
Basically, could I go hypo during the next day due to the long half-life, where I wouldn’t be consuming food at from morning till late afternoon?
