shortstack Banned Oct 11, 2004 #3 well im no expert on igf-1 and i doubt you will find many here, as long r3 igf-1 strands are still being experimented with. gh increases igf-1, so if your gonna do a gh cycle save the igf-1 idea for a later date.

S searay New member Oct 11, 2004 #4 ive done both gh and igf1. igf1 works best while on gh for some reason.
