If my strength is increasing ...

If I am lifting heavier weights, but not bulking that much, does that mean:
1. My training is right and I am not overtraining.
2. If I continue this way, muscle size would also increase.
 
Could be neurological adaptation partially. Are you measuring mass gains by scale increases exclusively or is it adjusted for lean body mass increases? You may have lost fat, but gained much muscle. I also notice that I tend to disporportionately strong with low body mass increases, though I don't use tren.

my 1st tren only cycle.. my weight only went up 5lbs.. in 7 weeks...
but my strength went way up.... could work out with extra 50 lbs on squat..
and same for bench..
