Ideal cycle for MMA pro?

I wanted to get on a cycle that will help me gain serious strength and muscular endurance ? What would be a recommend cycle you bro's think would help me get that next level strength and endurance. I dont want to gain too much weight but as an MMA fighter i fight at 170lbs walking around at around 185lbs.
