its dose dependent, depending on the dose you will be running there will be a point (if the dose is high enouph) where you will not be able to tollerate that shit anymore. most start out with 200mg/ed running it for a few days to test for allergies then move up in 200mg increments every few days untill they reach 600-800mg/ed.
but like i said at some point the misery becomes just too much to bare, and dnp will also cut down on your t-4 to t-3 conversion slowing down (not stoping) fat loss. for that reason many beleave in high dose/short cycles. but for the first time the cycle outlined above is ideal.
