I just had my second gyno surgery... Is it possible to cut out too much???

I just had my second gyno operation last Wednesday. The first time the doctor used liposuction, and it didn't get all of the tissue out. This time the doctor went in through a stretch mark near my armpits and cut the tissue out. I still have a lot of swelling. Is it possible to cut out too much tissue? I've heard if too much is cut out, it will look funny when you flex your chest, by leaving an indentation where the tissue used to be. Is this true????

Thanks,

I HAD GYNO SURGERY AND THE ONLY THING THEY CUT OUT IS GLANDULAR TISSUE. IF YOU ONLY HAD LIPO THE FIRST TIME THEN THEY ONLY DID HALF THE JOB BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GET OUT THE GLANDULAR TISSUE THAT USUALLY LIES UNDER THE NIPPLE. IF HE IS REMOVING TISSUE OTHER THAN GLANDULAR AND THE ASSOCIATED FAT GLOBULES THAN YES IT COULD LOOK FUNNY WHEN YOU FLEX.
