I just got my Blood Work back need help!

Ok i have been off now for 6 months. I trying to get my wife pregnate. I hade my sperm cout checked at 6 weeks off and I had 0 sperm, I had it tested at 3 months and it was 3 Million per ML. It is supose to be around 120million. So he ordered Bloodwork here is the results.

Prolactin 8.3

FSH , serum Fsh 4.7

LH 8.2

Tostosterone, Free (direct) 17.4

Testosterone, seurm 940 ng/dl

I have been off from 6 months, Ive been taking the hell out of clomide. I was weak as hell for a few months but now I'm starting to get strong again. When I first got off I felt sore all the time and my whole body hurt. I feel pretty good now.

I have to get my sperm tested again in a month and the Doctor said it should be normal and that if it is not. My sperm count was low to start off with and that the AS had nothing to do with it.

I'm going to stay off as long as it takes.. I cant wait to get back on. Ive already started planning my next cycle but I have to wait until she get pregnate.

also would small amounts of test help my sperm count go up???I have read that it is how they treat some people. I'm not going to take anything beside clomide.

Im planning to compete in a drug free contest soon.
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it thanks!!!

What did your last cycle consist of and how long have you been juicing bro?

I was on Fina/deca/Test/d-bol/EQ Just what ever I could get.
I was on for 1 year with out ever getting off for more than 3 months at a time. I have taked gear for 4 or 5 years on and off.
Mostly just test by it self but my last cycle was fina/test at about
80mg of fina everyother day and 800mg test a week. The cycle before that was lots of deca .. sometimes 600mg a week. I love the stuff it really heals me up and my joints fell great. I would do short cycles but I would never stay off long enough for it to get completly out of my system. Now that I have been off I realize that the stuff stays in your sysem alot longer than you thing.

I hear ya bro. Well I'm sure eventually you will normalize and everything will be ok. Just give it TIME this time. The fina and deca taken for a long time will definately shut you down but everyone is different in how they recover no matter what they are taking. Good luck and if it's a boy, name him Mike.

CLOMID IS THE DRUG OF CHOICE FOR STIMULATING RELEASE OF FSH. YOUR FSH LEVELS ARE NORMAL. THIS SUGGESTS THAT THE TESTES AREN'T MANUFACTURING ENOUGH SPERM.

THE LAB/OFFICE CREATES A CONCENTRATE OF YOUR SEMEN AND INJECTS IT DIRECTLY INTO YOUR WIFE'S UTERUS AT THE RIGHT TIME. SHE MAY ALSO REQUIRE AN EXAM AND TREATMENT AS WELL--WE HAVE BEEN THERE.

MY DOC-INFERTILITY SPECIALIST--WANTED TO PUT ME ON INJECTIBLE TESTOSTERONE, SO I WOULD GUESS THAT IT WOULDN'T HURT. I WOULD STAY CLEAN AND LET THE INFERTILITY SPECIALIST DO THE PRESCRIBING.

Regarding the test levels, the high test and low free test indicate high SHBG. Clomid has been noted to increase SHBG so a switch to Nolva, which has been noted to lower SHBG, may be worth considering. However, at this point, I think you would be better off quitting the use of Clomid or Nolva, and try some supplements such as Nettle, Avena Sativa, or Carao, to help lower SHBG and increase free test. I believe an anti-e such as Aromisin will have this benefit as well (lowers e, raises total AND free test).

Regarding test levels effecting sperm count, I believe they do prescribe Proviron for this purpose, perhaps indicating that if your free test levels come up, this may help improve your condition. Or consider Proviron directly. Proviron is basically DHT which among other things serves to preferentially bind SHBG, thereby increasing free test. So hard to say what its exact means of action are at improving sperm count. Could be a direct effect of DHT on the testes or indirect effect of lowering SHBG and increasing free T, I don't know.

These are just some other considerations to keep in mind. I think in time you will get this fixed, your challenge is likely the result of the deca and fina and not enough time off.
