hunger pains, but cant eat on test E cycle. HELP

I just started my first cycle of Test E last week. I pinned Thursday .5 cc(125 mg) and on monday .5cc. I'm starting low to avoid test flu. Next week I'm bumping it up to 1cc twice a week. Anyways, my appetite has dropped a lot. I can hardly eat 3 meals a day, but my stomach feels empty and I've been getting hunger pains. But when I do eat, my stomach hurts like hell. (almost like I ate too much). It's achy and I feel nauseous. Any thoughts on what this might be?

Edit: I think this might be test flu? Or maybe it's because I am taking .25 mg adex ED while only doing 1cc a week? I'm suggesting that maybe at that dosage, my e2 would be too low causing these symptoms?

Yea I feel like I've had this before too on my first cycle.... I never knew what it was but am interested to see what people have to say about it/ experiences with it. good luck
