huge problem, is this a major problem?

my best friend holds on to my deca for me so know one knows. Also because he gives me my shots cause i hate needles. Here is the problem? He went away for this week and didn't inform me and forgot to give me my shot. If i take a week off is that going to fuck up everything. He says it isn't problem but i am really nervous, cause this is my first cycle. How bad is this going to effect me?????

Nothing really to worry about. Deca is active in the body for so long that it won't be a problem.
Just chill, and hit the weights, and take your next shot as soon as he gets back.

this is my first cycle and i take deca300 once a week.so i should increase how much 1/2cc or just double it.

i would do 450mg yes, thats just me though, it will make you feel better also

Missing one week on deca is no big deal. You can double up. I wouldn't.
