Should I do two shots a week or just 1 big one?

As ethanate is pretty slow relese it probably won't make much difference either way. 2 is usually better, but these doseages are pretty low and the convienence of once a week is probably worth it.

But why stack test and test? Just curious.

I would pick one of the test's and just double the dose.

If I were you I would stack it with something other than test. Some examples would be EQ, Fina, Dbol.......... I could go on but I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish using this type of cycle.
If you drop the T200 you should up the dosage of Sust. regardless of what you stack with. What are your stats? What are your goals?
