I imagine in the 12% bf range.
I was dieting hard, but cut back due to burn out. I still maintained my 4-5 day a week lifting schedule but also cut down my cardio to 30min, 3 times a week.
Started the diet back up today and will also ramp up the cardio. Looking to get down to 7-8% and maintain throughout the Summer. Vegas trip in mid June so I gotta show up looking decent
