What is the best way to use the clen pump?

How do you get the optimal fat loss?

I am taking winny but joint pain is starting to kill me.I have never had problems with knees before.
 
the key with clenbuterol is to run taurine with it.. also it will not help with joint problems, not sure where you saw that.

clen is a nasty stimulant if abused. you want to start off with a low dose and work your way up slowly. maybe start at 40mcg and then up it slowly
 
Steve gain you good advice on how to run the clen. Honestly though, there are much better alternatives that are stimulant free. They will provide the same fat loss benefits, with none of the side effects.
