how to take anadrol

hey guys i just started my cycle today. I was wondering what is the best way to take anadrol. i know its best on an empty stomach. but just not sure should i take all 50mg 2 hrs before my workout like dbol. or should i split up the dosage into two 25 mg dosage? thanks

I used Anadrol 50 once... I used 50mg once daily for 20 days... best god damn gains EVER...

Eat a LOT on it.. and don't mind the visions you get where you see yourself killing people.....

I would split AM/PM
Most men find 100mg works best...split dosage.
