How soon should you hit the gym after popping a winny tab?

According to this half-life calculator website http://www.come.to/roidcalc, a 50mg winstrol tabs breaks down about 3mg every hour starting on hour 3. Just wanted to know when how soon do you want to try and hit the gym after taking the tab.

I don't think it'll make all that much difference, but D-Bol or A Bombs, are a dif story. 50mg of either will boost my aggression for a workout. What are you trying to accomplish by taking it just before a workout?

Realistically the only difference you will notice will be psychological, not physical.
(though it could be argued that a psychological stimulus can illicit a physical response...but we don't want to go there )
