Ostarine and cardarine have half lives of 24 hours. S4 has a half life of 4 hours.

You will start to notice the effects of the SARMS a few days after taking them. Noticeable changes in your physiques will take a few weeks.

If you're disciplined it wont be an issue you should see results after a month. If you dont stay disciplined it will be a waste of time.
