I'm on a sust cycle, and i want to know know how i can reduce my gut a bit, it isn't really bad, but i want to thin up my stomach a bit, should i run a lot, more sit ups? I don't really want to lose the weight i have though.......is running and trying to burn a lot of fat ok, while on susties?
anyone have any secrets?
