how often do you inject winnie in the same site?

I have done a search on this but nothing came up (as a matter of fact I am not impressed with the 'new search'

I need to know how often I can hit my lagging left delt with the winnie (I inject 50mg)

I just did my first delt inject this morning, and I'd also like to know how long the soreness usually lasts - I don't feel much at the moment but I guess I'll be sore tomorrow, so...

Any help appreciated.

Yes it works fine for me. I love to inject bicepses within 2 hours before going to the gym. I`m getting amazing pumps this way

I know I should do them in my left which is lagging a bit too...but hell I have heard bad experiences with them...

Hey Nexus its very easy to inject your biceps with winny. Just use a slin syringe and you`ll be OK. Its not painful, the needle is very small so don`t worry to much
