How much should i take ime 6'3 and 205. all i want is to stack oon a little muscle and loose fat. This is my first cycle and im going to be on for 6 weeks do i need nolvadex ? and should i be running alot or just lifting while on winstrol.
Winny was my first and only cycle. I gained about 20 lbs from eating and taking cell-tech then got on thw Winny (50mg EOD for about 10 weeks). I gained only about 5 lbs from the Winny but added over 50 lbs on my bench. This summer im going with EQ.
oh yea, i was gona do only 6 weeks at first too, but the results after 6 weeks were nothing great. After 10 weeks I got really hard and that's when the extra 5 lbs of muscle kicked in. Go for at least 10 weeks bro...
