How much anti estrogen is needed?

If anyone has read my last few threads I had to stop my last cycle because of gyno.

My next cycle is going to look like this:

500mg sust per week
200mg deca per week
60mg dianabol per day
All for 8 weeks

My question is how much anti estrogen should I take?

Please vote because I need as much feed back as I can before I start the next cycle.

yes, and especially if u are prone to gyno. And if that is the case I would also have some nolv on hand so it can fight w/the estrogen for a spot on the receptor.

A 3rd generation anti-e from start till end of clomid should take care of all your problems.

I did not include arimidex or liquidex because I cant get it.

Everyone who views this poll please vote as my first opinions on this was that 10mg tamoxifen + 25mg proviron per day would be enough.

With multiple aromatizing compounds, you need to have a decent AI to run. Arimadex is what I would use and I would have Letro on hand for emergencies as well

I'm on my first test e/ dbol cycle and have been running adex .5mg every 2 days, no signs of gyno what so ever even going to add in some Npp possibly things are going so smoothly. If your prone to gyno man and can't get adex or aromasin your probably going to have a repeat of your last cycle.

Adex works for me aromasin sounds like the better choice for you though as its a suicide inhibitor
