You need to mix SERMS like Toreifene Citrate in pure distilled alcohol in order to properly suspect the raw compound. Water will not work.
I agree with @stevesmi on this one. Making your own research chemical liquids is not easy. There is a reason 99% of people buy ready made products. I personally would just order ready made products from ag-guys.com.
