    Fri: legs
    Sat: biceps,triceps,forearms
    abs whenever I feel like doing them

    saturday - shoulders and traps


    abs - 1-2 times a week

    rest of the week: eat, sleep and shit

    mon - chest
    tues - bis tris
    wed - off
    thur - shoulders (traps included)
    fri - legs
    sat - back
    sun - off

    i love doing arms in one day
    the pump is crazy
