How long should prop hurt for?

because i have about 200 1.5 inch pins that are laying around. I also use the 1.5inch in my delts, if i use 1inch in my delts the oil leaks down to my outer upper arm and swells makes it swell

Ive been thinkin about adding delts to the rotation. by delts, are you talkin the main big ball part of the shoulder? or the front delt muscle that pops out when you hold your arm in front of you?
