How long is enough time to wait in between cycle?

The general rule is time on + PCT = time off

So if you did a 10 week cycle and 6 week PCT, you would want to wait 16 weeks after your PCT before starting your next cycle

I agree with the guys above. An example would be a 12 week cycle and 6 week PCT would mean taking at least 18 weeks off and even then not starting another cycle unless blood work shows you are recovered.
