I was wondering how long it might take post cycle for HDL levels to raise up and LDL levels to drop back down to normal. I am about 5'10" 188 lbs. and about 7% bf. I've been on and off for the last year and a half (time on=time off). After being off of a Dbol, EQ, winny (at end) cycle for about 10 weeks, my HDL levels are still low (got bloodwork done). My doctor sent me this packet of info about exercising and eating right. I eat good, and started doing a little bit more cardio in hopes of lowering the number. Also supplementing with flax oil... Any help?
