How long can you have high blood pressure before problems occur?

How long can a person handle high BP before there is permanent damage? Will a 10 week cycle once a year cause permanent damage?

There's no way of knowing - it might bite you 2 years..or 20 years from now - but it will get you because high blood pressure raises the risk for cardiovascular disease by a great deal. Either way you need to consult a doctor about getting the problem remedied.

You have been having this problem or at least worrying about it quite a bit lately. Why dont you just forget about the gear and train naturally? I dont mean this in a bad way at all, but judging by your avatar, it looks like you should be able to gain a decent bit more naturally. And even if you cant, do you really want to die say 5 yrs sooner to have a good looking body now?
