It varies from individual to individual but the "basic" equation is that a mg of test will increase ngs by 2-4. So a single 100 mgs application can up your T by 200 -400ngs.
Of course, you will soon be putting out less endo test, but if you keep levels down, suppresion isn't as severe as once thought. Keep in mind also, that if you administer every 5 days or so, you're essentially doubling the T count so a single 100 mgs every 5 day will then be an additional 400-800 mgs after 2 weeks.
