Hormone Test Result - Is It Normal?

New member
Hey guys,

This is my very first post here.
I'm 29y, 73kg, 174cm.
I just did my blood work because i dont feel good at all, I didnt cycle before and not planning to a cycle.

But I want to ask you if my results is normal for my age or not. also I think that I have a slightly gyno, just a puffy tender nipples. but the shape is not normal.
Also I gaining muscles hard and loss it faster.

FSH 1.45 mIU/mL 0.95- 11.99
Luteinizing Hormone (LH) 3.41 mIU/mL 0.57- 12.07
Estradiol (E2) 22 pg/mL 11- 44
Prolactin (PRL). 11.81 ng/mL 3.46- 19.4
Testosterone 6.2 ng/mL 1.3- 7.7
Free Testosterone 12.6 pg/mL 4.3- 30.4
T3 104 ng/dL 60- 160
T4 6.90 ug/dL 4.87- 11.72
TSH 0.62 uIU/mL 0.35- 4.50

Did the TT and E2 are normal for may age, And how can I calculate the T/E ratio please?
And what about clomid for elevate TT, is it affects the gyno? it should block the SERMs but it didnt reduce the actually E2, and it may elevated too ?
Are FSH and LH are low ?
And what about cabergoline?

Your FSH, LH and free testosterone are all low. Same with your TSH. That is why you most likely are feeling tired and having trouble gaining muscle and loosing fat.

I wouldn't use SERMS in your situation. I would use a good natural testosterone booster that has anti-estrogen and anti-prolactin ingredients in it like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com. It should help bump up your LH, FSH, and free testosterone while slightly reducing your estrogen and prolactin levels.

As for your thyroid, are you using iodized salt? A lot of sea salt is not fortified with iodine so make sure to check that. How many calories per day are you eating? Are you following a keto diet? Very low carbohydrate diets are terrible for lowering thyroid output.

I'm not using iodized salt nor sea salt. just a little bit through the day.
Do you think this is the reason for cutting hard.
I thought the salt causes water r

I went to an andrologist who told me that all my hormones are normally FSH,LH,TT,FT,E2 even prolactin and TSH. !!
Also he said that i have no gyno it just fats.
I tried to discuss with him that there is something wrong he insisted that all results are normal, But I still not convinced.

the problem with these lab ranges is they are so dependent on the persons genetics, history, etc. your Lh and fsh are low, but they are in range. your testosterone levels are fine.

a lot of times when you 'don't feel good' it has most to do with a poor lifestyle. your diet is a key. your sleeping habits. if you are eating too much sugar, too much caffeine, alcohol, drugs, etc. you do not say enough in your post to know for sure.

its hard to get that domino effect reversed

Salt is an ESSENTIAL mineral in the body. You NEED sodium. Start adding iodized salt to your diet immediately and you will start to feel so much better.

The best thing you can do to remove pre-existing gyno is run the anti gyno protocol 3.0 -> http://www.evolutionary.org/anti-gynecomastia-cure-version-3

Are you able to post up a pic so we can better tell if it is indeed gyno or not? Your levels look pretty good on almost everything. There are no red flags for me at all. I would suggest just making any diet changes you can see and also to work on sleeping well and reducing stress. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day too. This plays a huge part in how I feel day to day.

I would say the bloods look pretty good as well.

Regarding gyno - its hard to say without seeing/touching

I completely agree with that! The problem with the diagnosis of Low T is that some people will feel perfectly fine even with objectively low testosterone levels, whilst others will struggle with normal-high testosterone levels. Therefore, you should go through a more thorough check in order to make sure that you really need a TRT. Meanwhile, you might as well use some good natty test booster, such as HCGenerate ES - it works great, and it might as well be the solution to your problem.
