Hormone replacement therapy

Is anyone using any of these places that specialize in hormone replacement therapy instead of your primary Dr? Do these places take insurance?

it would be way cheaper and less headache to go to a primary doctor for TRT

the reason people go to anti-aging clinics is for HGH, which is not covered by insurance

You can get a TRT prescription for either your regular doctor or an anti-aging clinic.

Anti-aging clinics are more prescription friendly and hand out prescriptions a lot easier, but they are also very expensive. Most clinics charge around $500 for just the initial appointment.

I would try your family doctor first and if he won't prescribe you TRT, then go to an anti-aging clinic. Anti-aging clinics do not take insurance.

Honestly if you don't want to go through your doctor you could always self-medicate if you have a good source. Test is very cheap. The main thing would be to be responsible and keep up worth getting blood work and using an AI if necessary.
