The highest I ever went was 750 and the sides got stupid. Hair falling out like crazy. I stick to 500 but I'm on all the time. I still cycle stacks on top and then have to deal with those sides but that's not so bad. I've heard the climb is about saturated receptors and I've heard guys argue that as you get bigger you need to dose bigger for the additional body mass. Whatever, just up each cycle until it feels right I guess. If that's 250 then stay with it. If you do more and get lots of sides it's not worth it.
