Hey guys,
I'm 34 years old and just got my cholesterol taken. My levels were horrible so my dr put me on 40mg's of Lipitor. Up until a few months ago I was stupidly running test for a few years at 500 mgs. I herniated a disc in my back and used test to strengthen my core and took it way too long. I'm currently on TRT due to that mistake. All that test killed my cholesterol. I heard Lipitor is really bad for you. I eat clean, don't smoke and exercise daily. Any advice???

The best thing you can do to lower cholesterol levels is to follow a cholesterol friendly diet - low in saturated fats and refined sugars, and high in omega 3 fatty acids -
and to regularly incorporate hard cardio that really gets your heart rate up into your training program.

A good overall cholesterol support supplement certainly won't hurt either. Check out N2guard from n2bm.com. N2guard contains 43 ingredients designed to detox the body and keep cholesterol levels optimal.

I currently take N2gaurd and fish oil would you suggest anything else?

Will the drop in my test usage help lower my cholesterol as well?

The drop in test will definitely help. I would just continue to eat healthy, exercise, and do your cardio. Get blood work done after your body is able to normalize on your TRT dose.

Cleaning up dieting and keeping lower bodyfat levels can help with the cholesterol. Also of course keep the test dose at minimum for the TRT.

What I noticed that also N2Guard helps to regulate the cholesterol levels in your body. Even with junk diet and competition preparation (which is harsh with all the chemicals), my cholesterol was in complete check.

Give it a go, it can only benefit you.
