High blood pressure or heat exhaustion?

I was walking up my long ass driveway today, and not feeling particularly good. By the time i had walked the whole 8th of a mile up it, I felt light headed, weak, and my limbs were tingley. I'm wondering wether this is the huge spike in my blood pressure in action (goddamn anadrol), or heat exhaustion (I had been walking for a while before I took the final trip up my driveway), as I hadn't been drinking much water up to that point.

It is probably a little of both. I mean you were probably quite dehydrated while also having a hig BP. Gear tends to have that effect on people. Do not worry too much and just make sure you are getting enough water, rest, and food. Good Luck!
