I’m currently only running 2iu a day. Now I’ve ran it before with pretty good success. It’s been about 2-3 weeks, but I’ve retained some water over seems like just my midsection, I understand it is supposed to eventually go away but I forgot the timeline, and I really thought on just 2iu I wouldn’t hold any water. Guess I’m just sensitive to it.

you can always run blood work to see if the HGH you are taking is actual HGH

if it is hcg, you would get water retention
