Nope, nope, and nope. HGH can make your hands and feet numb and their joints ache, but they shouldn't grow at any reasonable dose. It is also not going to make your penis grow either. That's said, regular cialis use can make your flaccid penis a little bigger in general due to less restricted blood flow.
