Can anyone with experience suggest the minimal duration of course that i could achieve gains that justify the cost? 3 months minimum but even at 3 months you are only getting a fraction of the benefits you would get running it longer... i have an hgh timeline video coming out on when to expect certain benefits to occur and at 3 months, you are not getting anywhere near the full benefits from it

Hgh takes a long time to be worth it, and even then it's high cost for a very small reward that you could get quicker, easier, and cheaper through other means

The cost of HGH is pretty high for what are very subtle returns. If you are balking at the price, then you probably aren't wrong to, and should pursue other solutions to your HGH goals. Generally there are more affordable alternatives for most goals.
